 We provide administrative support for various clients via staff augmentation.

 Our Administrative Support Staff:

  • performs clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties, including being involved in work of a confidential nature.

  • typically uses common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, including database and graphics publishing software.

  • maintain files, keeps records, and prepares schedules.

  • assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memoranda.

  • answers mail and inquiries on their own initiative and follows up with other departments to ensure requests are carried out.

  • coordinates activities across departments.

  • makes notifications of appointments and travel arrangements.

  • answers telephone calls tactfully, and handles inquiries, or transfers calls to the appropriate party

  • prepares, reviews, and processes expense reports.

  • transcribes notes for letters, memos, or reports.

  • prepares materials in final form from very rough and involved drafts, often utilizing technical terminology from several sources.

  • plans layouts of complex reports and statistical tables.

  • interfaces with other Administrative Staff to share or coordinate workload.
