Jeremy Shoop
President
As President, Jeremy is responsible for making major business decisions, and managing operations and resources for City-State, LLC.
He holds an active clearance and is a Master Level Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) with over 21 years of progressive and combined experience as a project and contracts manager, Environmental Health and Safety Officer, radioactive and hazardous waste transportation consultant, and field chemist. He is adept in application and oversight regulations for DOT, EPA, NRC, OSHA, CFR (10,29,40,49), and FAR pertaining to operations in radioactive and hazardous waste and materials management, transportation, and disposal.
His experience as a radioactive and hazardous waste consultant has given him the opportunity to work on many unique projects with the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, educational, and military-support installation entities.
Gabe Beck
Chief Financial Officer
In the role of CFO, Gabe directs all accounting and administrative functions for City-State, LLC, including management of human resources, contracts, and proposal writing.
He earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University. He has been a licensed CPA since 2000 and a CGMA since 2014. He is a member of both the AICPA and TSCPA.
Additional experience includes 20 years of service in public accounting, corporate accounting, financial analysis, as well as instructor of accounting software for professional development at Tennessee Small Business Development Centers, FBI, Pellissippi State, and University of Tennessee.
